I manage complex initiatives involving multiple companies, departments, stakeholders, and competing priorities. My role often sits between executive leadership, business teams, technical resources, and outside vendors, keeping the work moving while making sure the solution actually works for the business.
Data, Financial & Performance Analysis
I use operational, financial, and performance data to understand what is happening behind the scenes, identify issues and opportunities, and give leadership accurate information they can use to make better decisions.

I founded K+12 Consulting in 2012 and have spent more than a decade working with organizations to solve complex business and technology challenges.
My work tends to begin where things get complicated. Multiple stakeholders, disconnected systems, unclear processes, competing priorities, or an initiative that simply needs someone to take ownership and move it forward.
I bring together the business, technical, financial, and operational sides of the work to create a clear path forward and carry it through execution.
